Refund Policy

We want you to be confident using GetItDone. This policy explains when and how refunds apply to orders placed with Get It Done Services and Solutions Limited.

Before processing begins

If you cancel an order before we have begun processing or incurred any government fees on your behalf, you are entitled to a full refund.

After processing begins

Once processing has started, government fees and third-party charges already paid on your behalf are generally non-refundable. Any remaining balance, less those charges and our service fee, may be refunded.

If we cannot complete your service

If a service cannot be completed for reasons on our side, you will receive a refund of the amounts paid for that service, less any non-recoverable government or third-party fees already incurred.

Errors

If a document is issued with an error caused by GetItDone, we will correct it at no additional cost to you. Errors arising from inaccurate information you provided may attract additional charges.

How to request a refund

Email hello@getitdone.ng ⟨confirm⟩ or message us on WhatsApp with your order reference. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within ⟨7–14⟩ working days.
