Most renewals are completed and delivered within 5-7 working days. Timelines can vary slightly by document type and your location.
Yes. Every document we process is issued through the appropriate Nigerian government authorities (FRSC, MVAA, VIO and licensed insurers). You receive the authentic originals.
Yes - we deliver the physical documents and plates nationwide. You can also choose digital delivery for documents that are valid electronically.
Payments are processed securely by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never see or store your card details.
A small service fee covers processing, handling and coordination on your behalf. It is ₦2,000 for the first document and ₦1,500 for each additional document, plus 7.5% VAT.
We process documents for vehicles registered across Nigeria, with same-region delivery in Lagos and nationwide dispatch elsewhere.
Use the “Returning customer?” option on the app - enter your phone or email and we’ll pull up your vehicles and due dates automatically.
If a service cannot be completed, you’re entitled to a refund of the amount paid for that service, less any government fees already incurred. See our Refund Policy for details.
