Vehicle Document Renewal
- Previous Vehicle Licence or proof of ownership
- Plate number
- Owner’s valid ID
- Previous insurance certificate (if available)
New Vehicle Registration
- Proof of purchase / dealer invoice
- Customs papers (for foreign-used vehicles)
- Owner’s valid ID
- Owner’s address
- Allocation letter (where applicable)
Change of Ownership
- Current vehicle papers
- Evidence of sale / agreement
- Both buyer’s and seller’s valid IDs
- Change-of-ownership form
Registration Transfer
- Current Vehicle Licence
- Proof of ownership of both vehicles
- Owner’s valid ID
Plate Number Reprint
- Current Vehicle Licence
- Plate number

Out-of-Series & Custom Plates
