This policy explains how GetItDone delivers your vehicle documents and plates after they are processed.
Delivery options
- Physical delivery — we deliver the original documents and plates to your address. A delivery fee applies (shown at checkout).
- Digital delivery — where a document is valid electronically, we can send it digitally at no delivery cost.
Delivery times
Typical turnaround is ⟨5–7⟩ working days from confirmed payment, including processing and delivery. Times are indicative and may vary by document type, location and government processing speed.
Coverage
We deliver nationwide. Same-region delivery is available in Lagos; other locations are served by nationwide dispatch. See our Coverage page for details.
Delivery address
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details. A representative may contact you to confirm delivery.
Failed delivery
If delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, we will hold your documents securely and contact you to arrange re-delivery or pickup. ⟨Re-delivery charges may apply.⟩
